Delicious Earth Farm
Earl and Delisa’s micro-urban farm is located at the corner of Fairgrounds Ave. They use organic practices and amend soil with local compost. Their breads, focaccia, and sandwich loaves highlight their farm-grown grains. Their kimchi and sauerkraut are made with cabbage and additions such as garlic, chilis, and coriander. One might never expect to find a thriving farm in the middle of the city, but Earl and Delisa are shining examples
Find them at the Prescott Farmers Market every other Saturday.
Pangaea Bakery
Tucked at 1260 Gail Gardner Way, Pangaea Bakery has become one of Prescott's most beloved culinary destinations. It is part bakery, part café, and part gourmet market. Every day is a new wave of fresh baguettes and sourdough loaves, with specialty breads in rotation like jalapeño with Cabot white cheddar, nine-grain porridge bread, and a dense sourdough rye with a cult following, all made from scratch using premium organic flour and hormone-free butter. Beyond the bread case, they do scratch-made sandwiches and feature plenty of pantry treasures. Pair a pastry with a cup of house coffee and settle onto the dog-friendly patio. Lastly, explore their curated little market stocked with Rancho Gordo beans, imported Italian pasta, a variety of cooking oils, and chocolates.
Stoic Cider
On a family ranch in Williamson Valley, Stoic Cider has been quietly reviving America's forgotten apples since 2016. Founder Kanin Routson has spent his career hunting down and preserving some of the world's rarest heirloom apple varieties, and that obsession runs through every bottle. Working with heritage fruit like Newtown Pippin, Dolgo, and Jonagold, the ciders are small-batch fermented, blended, and matured right on the farm. The results are a lovely mix of dry, crisp, and full of character, a world away from the sweet, mass-market stuff. You can find Stoic on tap and on shelves around Prescott, Phoenix, Flagstaff, and beyond!
